Ways to work together
Robyn works from a trauma-informed, harm reduction, LGBTQ2S*-inclusive, kink-friendly, monogamy and non-monogamy-informed, neurodiversity-inclusive lens. She meets clients where they are at by providing community-based services that come to you. All services can be provided virtually or in-person. Having worked in community her entire career, Robyn naturally builds community for her clients by connecting them to community services that can ensure that they leave feeling empowered, supported and connected.

Relationship and sexual wellness empowerment coaching is to help clients feel more connected to themselves and their partners, promoting overall well-being and satisfaction in both the emotional and sexual aspects of their life.
The coaching process typically involves:
Communication Skills: Helping clients improve their ability to communicate openly, honestly, and empathetically with their partners about their needs, desires, and boundaries.
Self-Awareness: Encouraging personal reflection and growth to better understand one's own sexual desires, needs, and preferences, as well as emotional needs within a relationship.
Confidence Building: Empowering individuals to feel confident in their bodies, sexual identity, and emotional connections.
Addressing Challenges: Offering strategies to overcome issues like sexual dysfunction, lack of intimacy, mismatched desires, or relationship conflict.
Consent and Boundaries: Educating on the importance of setting and respecting boundaries, consent, and mutual respect within intimate relationships.
Sexual Education: Providing information about sexual health, pleasure, and anatomy to promote a healthy and fulfilling sex life, whatever this looks like for them.
